in my Hummer 06 H2 I used :
1.YAESU - FT-8800R
144/430 MHz Dual Band FM Transceiver 50 Watts of power on the 144 MHz band, and 35 Watts on 430 MHz
2.Yaesu FT1807 (Asia version)it cover from 400-470Mhz so I can talk to my son on GMRS frequency,we had GMRS licensed for whole family used, our GMRS call sign is WQIB532.
3.Handheld Yaesu VX-177 also vover from 400-470 MHZ.
4.Uniden BCT15 scanner.
At home I used
1.ICOM IC-F221S 50 Watts UHF as base radio with 2 chanel on GMRS frequency for my son,he was 10 years old.
2.Yaesu FT2800 VHF 65W.
It still cold and rain here in Portland OR,Iwill try to take pics of my H2 radio set up when weather getting better.
