E85 fuels do not yield as high as regular gaslone in mpg. The cost of e85 is much less and when you work it out penny for penny, you get the same mpg for the same dollar... except with e85 you fill up more.
However, one good thing can be taken from e85, is that 85% of your fuel does not come from the mideast

I can't complain about the mileage only the price of fuel.
In LA it is hard to keep the speed down on the freeways but on my next long trip I will try to keep it at 65 MPH to see how it does.
