H3- Subs in the rear doors?

I just recently put component speakers in my front doors and was considering putting subs in my rear doors. Does anyone have any recommendations, concerns or experience to share about this before I do it?

They will likely stick out. If you regularly have passengers in the rear seat, I wouldn't do it. Why not toss a couple of 10's in a box in the rear?
