We finally got snow here and I cannot believe how well the H3 handles. I have driven in snow all my life and have had many different vehicles that have done well in the snow. The H3 is incredible. I only have stock tires on there and could not believe how well it handled. Looking forward to when I can upgrade to and H2 and maybe even a H1.

First let me say I don't think there is such a thing as too much fun. Second I know you had a blast. I bought mine last March and have yet to drive it in the snow. I've driven it in sand, mud, and water - but no snow YET!

 

Picked up a 2008 h3 about 2 weeks ago and had the chance to use it in some serious snow. Last Sat we had about 2 ft of snow and then today it looks like another foot and still coming down. This thing is a beast! I had 2 Jeeps prior but nothing like this!

 

Have now had three big snows. It is great. Everything I hoped for with control on the snowy roads. Awesome! Only issue was ice/snow build up on wipers probably due to flat windshield. The great handling more that outweighs that little annoyance.

 

wait until you get bigger tires and raise the front end a little, you won't believe what you can make it through
