I donno..this whole threadseems fishy....I might be wrong..[&:]
LOL, that's putting it nicely.

Smells likea lofty load of BS to me.. it falls right along with something along these lines..

I was out wheeling the H3, and these compition rock crawlers were out there trying to climb a rock.. and couldn't. I put the H3 into 4 low and crawled right over, then I dragging them up one by one... they were like WOW we're selling our comp rigs and getting H3's .... yada yada yada.. blah blah blah.. and then they were like, you're so super dooper cool in your H3, that we want to be like you.. and then I heard a lady screaming... well, that's another story.

until the h3 gets a SFA,front and rear lockers, electric sway bar disco, and the same aftermarket support as Jeep.....the two cannot be compared. not to say the h3 sucks....it doesn't... it is very capable and will outwheel any jeep on the market stock to stock....except the rubi.

I don't have an issue with the H3, of course, or I wouldn't own one.

I just don't buy the BS.

Yes, I think the H3 is a very capable littlewheeler right off the lot, but that's it. It can be made to go where my trail rig can, .. but can't go where it can stock.. but then niether could my trial rig, when it was stock. But, it would take a lot more fab work to get it there, mostly due to the IFS. I certainly like it for our needs.

As the H3 is advertised for offroading does the warranty cover breakage like this if you were offroading?
Quite specifically, when I broke ahalfshaft, I drove it about 45 miles back tot he dealership with the halfshaft flopping around under the vehicle because I couldn't figure out how it comes out. The halfshaft, along with everything else it mangledfrom moving around, was replaced under warranty. I didn't pay a dime for anything. And yes, I told the dealer I was wheeling when it broke, as if the mud on me and the H3 weren't enough of a clue.

I think next time I will have it towed instead. Who knows what else I may have broken or made weaker by driving on it.
