4 times, that's it?

Welcome to my world buddy. It sounds like your dealer has their head up their *** to be honest. The reason/excuse "I don't know" sounds REAL nice. Where is this place?

 

Just dropped my at the dealer to get replaced on the way to work. Drive by the dealer everyday to work!....

 

[sm=rant.gif] Since I was fed up with hearing the noise inside the cabin after they "fixed" it, I drove back to the dealership again today, I talked with the service manager and showed him the 2 cracks I have on the roof molding and showed how the a-pillar molding just flaps in the breeze. While talking to him I noticed a ton of surface scratches all along the driver's side fender, hood and air cover thinggy. [sm=bicker.gif] I FLIPPED OUT!!!! It was obvious someone with an oversized gut, dirty pants and belt buckle was leaning all over the car and caused the scratches which 4 days ago def weren't there when I cleaned the car. The service manager promised me he would order the new moldings and would buff out the scratches next week when the part gets in. BTW they said they only repaired the wind noise from the interior and removed the head liner, now I hear the noise all the time not just at high speeds....AGGGGHHHHHHHH [:@][:@][:@][:@]

 

Wow. I had that happen before also with my old Camaro. They replaced the head gasket and the entire front left fendor was scuffed up. I showed him pictures that were dated from a day before I brought it in, and finally he sent it off to the body shop. That sucks man!
