Yea Doc Olds, I bet when I get my Locomotive horn installed and want a thumbs up, they'll pay attention!!

I think this thread is still on the subject of attention grabber, so I'm still waiting for my second question:
2) re:Trey124 "I likedmine so much I got it tattoo'd on my leg."

Maybe Trey124 is still downloading the pic...[sm=type.gif]

I get the same thing about the price. People assume it's a really expensive vehicle. Of course, I got the same thing in my last car, which was a BMW. I paid about $20k for it, and it was 4 years old, but people just assumed I spent a lot because of the brand.

I also got some crap about the gas mileage from my friend's wife, until I pointed out that it had a 3.7L engine that was smaller then the engine in the Mustang she was driving!

Yeah, people love to gauck. When I put 35's on, it seemed everyone and their mother was checking it out. People would stop and look in amazement. I was standing about 100 feet from my H3 when 3 different sets of people stopped to check out the tires. One lady at the gas station couldn't believe the size of the tires and the look it gave the H3. I get "Nice Ride" alot too. It's pretty cool...

Personally i could care less if anyone else driving a hummer or anything else waves at me. i drive my H3 because thats what i wanted. i am not after status just fun in the sun. the only one i have to plese is me. i do wave at all kinds of people regardless of what they drive as a courtesy and if they don't waveso what.

I get so much attention that some punk Eco-****'s shot my new H3 with a paint ball while I was driving one night. Good thing I couldn't get turned around or I would have been on the national news for killing them with my bare hands!
