One other thing, I believe that it was determined that there were only 500 of these made, making it very exclusive.

Your CHAMP should have this V8 badge on the rear instead of the ALPHA badge. No they are not for sale, I'm saving these with my other RARE HUMMER parts I have been collecting. A good GM parts guy should be able to find you one if there are any left in the country!

The champion edition is a hybrid between the base model and the alpha it has the upgrades suspension and v8 I looked at one here back when I got my 09 h3 but they were looking for like 37k for it and wouldn't budge so I went with the base with some upgrades. Its a sweet truck it just matters if you can get it for the right price. Having almost 8k miles on it could be kinda high it depends on when the person got it and when they sold it to the dealer.

I believe the word you were looking for there is "mutt". The "runt" is the smallest of the litter.

Thanks for all the info guys, but I decided to pass on it for now. Just felt a bit cramped inside, will be looking at a few H2's this week.

I like the concept, not sure I like the execution. It looks a bit too much like a show car for my tastes. Ditch the snorkle and make the bumpers black and I think it would be a winner. I also didn't see any obvious place for license plates, but I'm sure they have something in mind.

Don't get me wrong, I'd trade my H3 straight across in a heartbeat. I'd just have to make some minor changes.

I agree with the snorkel as well, but other wise its built pretty stout. No need for a front plate in AZ, the rear mounts to the tire.

I'd throw 4 Hella 550's up in the roof rack, Billy Boat exhaust, Airaid Intake, CB and be set for just about anything.

Technically, I think his term is correct, in as much as the rest of the litter would be the H1 & H2!
