RE: H2's and gas
I average about 11.7 from mostly around town driving, with some Interstate thrown in, using regular. I'm mostly stock, save for a leveling kit. Although I really only drive it on the weekends and drive my Z71 for work all week.

Do the programmers like the Diablo Sport help any with MPG's? I would think that leaning out the A/F mixture a little would up it a couple of MPG's. Is that kind of tuning do-able with the Diablo Sport I don't even know.

RE: H2's and gas
Failed once on my first post, if a repeat please excuse. The gas is my reason for the purhase, plus I rented in one when going back to Colordo in March for a week, a seven hundred mile test drive sold me. 50 years old, tired of the sports car stress on the back, knee's and the squeeze. The H2 felt like a lane recliner in my family room, I loved it.
Got an Adventure in sight, 07, 7K miles about 39K, can one add a third row seat without much diffficulty? Any tips would sure help, nothing better or to the point the owners.
Got a S2000 sports car, 6 years, 19K, but with some bad disk and knee;s time for some comfort and off road fun for change. Plus a tad more practical an dno preimium gas will be nice. Hope to buy in the nexxt 90 days, that panic will hit at $4.00 a gallon, us Americans over react and panic.
Only put about 6 k a year, so whats the real dollar difference, not huge.
Wellcome tips, things to avoid looks for??? Thanks

RE: H2's and gas
chips may launch you faster, but they DO NOT, Read DO NOT improve your gas mileage. Do you think for a minute that they would? If GM could improve gas mileage on the H2, they would look like heroes. And all for just $300 retail (about $100 OEM price). They would do it for $100, since they could sell tens of thousands more!
Important: read this: Chips and other gizmos DO NOT improve your gas mileage. Only gizmos that screw up your emissions, like cat bypass pipes, increase your mileage.
PERIOD. End of discussion on better gas mileage.

Stephen, I am 51 and own a Corvette. Like you getting in and out of it isn't as easy as it used to be. Stepping up into vehicles is easier than going down to get in one. The H2 is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. It rides very nice, handles well and is quiet. I think you would really enjoy an H2. I had the third row seat and in four years no one ever rode in it. I got tired of taking it out and just left it in storage.
