There was a buick dealership in Michigan that still had an original set that they were selling for $58.00 per (apparently the original price) but when I went back to purchase them they were gone. There were a few companies at one point that took the original ones and chrome plated them, those too are gone. Considering I have under $200.00 in the billet ones and tag bracket currently on my H2, I will consider myself lucky.

I can't believe what used H2 parts are selling for. When you consider what you can currently purchase an H2 for you could part it out and easily make 2 times what you paid for it. Some people say the H2 will be a collectors vehicle some day, I wonder. A manufacture will have to step up and make some re-pops for all the plastic stuff. These are great vehicles, the Hummer specific and plastic parts might inevitably be their demise, I sure hope not. As always, time will tell. lol

They are still popular enough that someone would this much effort into trying to recreate one... https://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-Hummer...gAAOSwiW9c5yDy

No comment from me on that other than, just, no.

idk what to say about that LOL. but im pretty sure you can get a real decent H2 for what they are asking. but yeah the on line recyclers are really price gouging on the hummer H2 parts. even the rusted junk is at a premium.

Wow, that's just nuts, beauty must be in the eye of the beholder but to me its just fugly. Besides, for what H2's are selling for (not to mention the H3's) why would anyone go thru the expense of creating a far less capable knockoff?

Oh well, didn't mean to get off topic but thanks for that post MixmanSC, it did provide a good laugh, Cheers

That may be the ugliest truck I've ever seen! The fact that they left the Denali badge on the steering wheel too makes it worse. Looks more like a DIY hack job than anything professional. I'd rather have one of those Chinese knock off Hummer H2's

Hey Babak, Im in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Based on advised I received I took the spare carrier and stuffed it into storage. I originally was going to sell it but a friend of mine who is a professsional car collectors (he sells at Barrett and others all the time) advised me to keep it.. Seems the price of a 100% complete truck is climbing monthly and he suggested the amount of money I would get for it would not justify the effort to package it up and ship it considering the loss of value to me when I do decide to sell my H2. My suggestion to you would be a local salvage yard close to your location. They do come up from time to time in the states I am sure the same would apply to you. Best of luck friend.
