H2 hesitation on acceleration
Okay guys heres what im up against, I have the 6.0 liter engine, modified exhaust, what kind I have no clue, bought it that way, here's the problem, it seems like its reving to high and not moving fast enough, the exhaust sounds awesome but it seems to move to slow, I was riding in my buddies suburban the other day and he had his a/c running and the burban seemed to accelerate much faster then the H2, my buddies is STOCK!
if I throw a chip in it, will that solve my problem, and if thats a good pick what brand is recommended?
Or is there a better route I should go? without voiding the warranty.
Thanks
BK

RE: H2 hesitation on acceleration
Well, when I run the A/C and I was in Arizona those couple of times, so hot plus A/C usually not normal conditions, is it normal for the rpm's to run high before shifting? and whats normal rpm's it should shift at?

RE: H2 hesitation on acceleration
Mine shifts at a low rpm unless you have the tow button on. The H2 "learns" your drivivng habits. Just a guess but, maybe it has adapted this from the previous owner. I'm not sure if you can leave a batt cable off over night to clear it or not. Maybe someone here with a little more tech knowledge can help.
