how does it bolt up to the top?

You use one existing hole already in the liftgate, and you drill a second hole, and secure with two bolts.

The bottom slides on the lip and uses two setscrews to secure it to the liftgate.

It could also make a great slider for under the spare tire on the H3T.

That metal isn't that thick.... if you ever cut into a Gobi you'd know what I mean...

Ahhhh ...... NO. Does not say shipped. With the size and awkward shape of the Gobi ladder it would cost me at least $50 to ship it.
