You have the Windshield tinted too, or is it just the way it's parked?
If so, I guess Gaum has no laws regarding that. It must be tough to drive at night. I had my front windows tinted to match the back at one time but went slightly lighter after a few tickets, and the fact I couldn't see good when outside the city. I couldn't imagine haveing the windshield blacked out as well; although it does look good.

The flares are very easy to put on. Comes with 3m tape, some sheet metal type screws, and you also use the current fastners already in the fenders. I got the unpainted ones, and they really make the H3 flow from the front bumper to the rear.
