Checked the Intake Manifold bolts and they are tight, cleaned the Throttle body as well as the MAF last evening when i put in the new plugs. Thank you for the link i will let you know how it goes.

I actually took my canister to the kitchen sink and replaced the cvvs. I ran hot water over the hose/nipple area, then used a pair of pliers to squeeze that connection, until it broke. Hose was off, I then removed the pieces of plastic from the hose. Sliding the old valve off, you need to push the metal tab, then reposition that tab so the new valve, locks in. I installed the new valve, and put the hose under hot water again, to push it on to the new valve. GL

Have you considered looking at your Air fliter! I run a K&N I get 17.6 miles /gallon all the time. The engine has to breath a bad filter will run you in a rich condition use a lot of GAS. I commute approx. 86 miles one way to my shop 68 ,74 max on speed easy foot all highway my worst is 16.2 miles 2009 3.7 h3

Except a dirty filter doesn't throw the codes posted by the OP.
