Default Full Time Fog Lights Anyone?

Just curious, has anyone made it so that when you turn the lights on high beams, the fog lights stay on? It seems like I have more light available when the headlights are on low with the fogs on than when on high.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I have the same problem, fog+low beams give you a better vision.
the solution might be to change for HDI.

Wow!! No one else has done this mod. On my truck, I just added a jumper to the power relay for the fogs. Now the power relay for the fogs does not drop out when you put the high beams on. The jumper supplies power to the relay as long as the truck is turned on.

I was hoping someone on here had done the mod. Now if we can just get IK to post his instructions that would be great.

I haven't done this, I don't even have high beams

I don't imagine it would be that overly hard. I would wire a relay up and on the power input side of the relay I would tap a wire off of the purple wire in your headlight harness (high beam +). then wire teh relay as normal, when you hit the high beams the relay would energize and send the juice to the fogs. Thats what I did on my Tahoe which had a similiar setup.
