I am looking for piece of black plastic similar to this but without the lights just a flat piece that goes across the front of the roof.

GM OFF ROAD LIGHT BAR / 2006-2010 HUMMER H3 & H3T

What I need is something to cover where the people who owned our H3 before us had some sort of off road light setup but removed it before selling it to us. The roof leaked and they tried to patch it with black push tabs and silicone. That of course didn't work so I had to redo it with just high grade uv resistant silicone. However it looks like crap and I want to cover it with a black piece that would blend in with the rest of the OEM trim.

 

You will have to make one or buy the OffRoad light kit and put it back on. Sorry no OEM flat piece.
