My 07 H3 has a rattle in the front end that stops when I get over 40 mph. Thought it might be an alignment problem because it has a shake also. Tires were all balanced, four wheel alignment and tire rotation completed. Chassis and gaskets were all checked no leeks found. Drive shaft also checked. Any ideas?

You may want to jack up the front end and grab the tire at 3 oclock and 9 oclock and see if you can shake it back and forth. You may find a thread or 2 using the search function.

 

Bad rack, bad rack mount bushings, bad tie rod ends, bad ball joints, warped rotors, bad cv joint, bad wheel bearings, wheel weight fell off, ect, ect.

Any one or all of these can cause front end wobble.

 

Ever here of "Hunner" on this forum and others, this guy seems to know what he is talking about, fabricates and sells some badass inexpensive hummer parts, when they're available (sell out fast!) He has a bunch of threads on the weak front ends and what he did to fix the problem, plus a bunch of other things for the H3/H3T's.
