Default Forbes

From a Forbes article:

"Also on our list of the most expensive non-luxury cars to repair are the Hummer H2, at $1,484; Hummer H3, at $1,244; Ford Mustang, at $1,201; Mini Cooper Convertible, at $1,093; Subaru Impreza, at $1,006; and GMC Yukon and Chrysler Pacifica, at $970 each."

How is the H3 more expensive to repair that say a Colorado or a Canyon? Oh I know, because it has a Hummer badge. If it was a Prius it'd obviously have low repair costs. Green washing at its best.

I'm amazed that for once the Hummer wasn't even mentioned in the list of the Worlds Most Gas Guzzling Cars. I wish these people would make up their minds.

They will find something to bash. Next will be how the non aerodynamic Hummers create a wind vortex when traveling over 65 mph that sucks birds out of the sky and slams them to the pavement or some other nonsense

Without the warranty I would of spent more than that..[&:]

And H3's are more expensive to repair then colorados and canyons because they are a hell of a lot more truck than those are.

I understand that it is a more rugged chassis and all, but since most of the mechanical parts that would be involved in a repair are shared with the Colorado and Canyon I would have expected repair costs to be generally the same.
