Default Fog lights not working

My fog lights are not coming on anymore and the fuse looks fine. If anyone has experienced this did your relay go bad? I have looked for the relay : gm hummer omron replacement relay for 5010-6732 black 4 pin but cannot find one. If this is the issue where or who sells this part or do you have to go to the dealer? Looking for a new one...

Thanks,
Paul

Default Non-working fog lamps

I have just gotten a 08 H3, 91,700 miles on it. Everything works except the fog lights are not working. I have ran all the easy checks, vehicle running, fog light button on, vehicle in drive, low beams, got nuttin.
I will check the fuse next and then on to bulbs?
If I am missing anything, all responses are welcome.
Thanks

Got a wiring diagram or DIY explanation on how you did it?
