Yep. If he has any kind of relationship with his dealer I bet he could go down there, borrow 6 from lot inventory and bring them back after the inspection. Dealer could probably do the inspection for him. Since he wantssome to keep looks like we can save him $120.00 if he returns.

I must have been lucky, I lived in VA Beach when I had my CJ and it had 6" round KC's on it with no covers. Never had a problem with it.

 

I am allowed to drive without covers it's inspection I wont pass without them on
