Thanks! And that wasn't even intentional went to the local scrap yard and just driving thru at like 5 miles still threw mud up. Lol

to be honest i never painted really before all i did was sand the jagged spots on the original chrome cleaned it off really well then used 2 cans of krylon fusion from advanced auto parts 1 black and 1 clear coat. I put on 3 coats of the black and 3 coats of the clear right over the chrome seems to be holding up very well. i didnt have a proper place to paint it so there are a couple tiny spots im going to touch up but if you dont live too far i can def help out.
