ORIGINAL: wfturner

If I had to order form either Teaka Toys or G-Style for the HID kit
Whom would you recommend ??
I ordered mine from Clarence at G-Style. He has a sterling reputation on this forum and generally G-Style has the best prices on most accessories. On top of that, Clarence gives discounts to Hummer Forum members. My vote is G-Style for sure.

i can vouch for clarence g-style as well. clarence spent 15 mins on the phone with me talking over various things....some hummer and some not. having the certificate to Teaka Toys was my mistake as i had thought i had selected g-style, however, i will say that i contacted Teaka and asked if they'd match some prices i'd found on some other items and they said "no problem" without a pause.i would say whomever has theparts you want or need, go with them. Teaka's on the east coast and G-style on the west coast. maybe reviewany difference in shipping depending on where you're located??
as for the HID's, i ordered direct from STARR. might want to just give them a buzz and see if you can still snake in on the promo......?? keith was very prompt in returning my call and was helpful talking through some questions i had about the product. good experiences all around.

How much did the dealer nail you to install the lights?

HMM, my son bought me some HID's from ebay for my B-day. They came today. He got me the Bi-Xenon ones. I hope I can figure the install out. There are a but load of wires. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it. (hope not).

I too, have the STARR HID light system and it is the best upgrade anyone could want for their H3.
I do a fair amount of night driving and these lights make a world of difference from even the best H13
aftermarket bulb for the stock housing
And I also pulled fuse #39.
I should mention I have had these lights for a year and not no glitch so far
