You need to expend considerable effort to make a vette look tacky though.....Your vette does look great!

Depends upon the vehicle...I had them put on the vette and they look great.

Here is the one I have:
This is the best pic I have of it. I found it on eBay, and besides using the clamp it came with, I also drilled two holes and used galvanized sheet metal screws to hold it in place on the factory pipe so it doesn't fall off.
However, if you go off-roading, it does lower your ground clearance in the rear, which is why I'm removing it this weekend. It also has rust on it, even though it's supposedly stainless steel (not very good though).
If you don't ever plan on taking it off-roading, it looks nice. I am kinda re-thinking everything on my truck, so I'm going to take it off and shorten the exhaust tip by cutting it at a 45 degree angle pointed downward so it doesnt scrape on the rocks.

Dennis,
How does the Gibson sounds on the highway at 68 to 75ish? Iput the Magnaflow dual-tip cat-back system on my 07 H3 and ended up pulling the system off because it had such an annoying drone at the speeds I just noted. Sounded great zipping around town though. Does the Gibson fill the rig with low frequency drone on the highway? I stuck the stock system back on for now..... Until Ifind what I want that is.....
