Default Engine stumble at idle and take off??

Hello everyone, I purchased a 2003 H2 Adventure with 110k about 2 months ago. I broke it in with a 1500 mile road trip and it ran great, but I have started to notice that sitting at an idle, the engine feels like it has a misfire or stumble about every 10 sec or so and it drops the RPM just slightly. And then when you start off it feels like it it surges just a little, maybe the first 1000-1500 RPm and then goes away. Do you think maybe a coil pack, as i cant imagine it being fuel related as it runs so well. I have changed oil, cleaned throttle body and put 2 bottles of fuel injector cleaner in and have noticed no difference.
I thought I would just throw it out there and see if anyone else is having similar problems.

haven't had similar problems but 2 other cheap replacements that might help check air filter and fuel filter, just bought an 2003 as well and both were original on mine and not sure if its just coincidence or different quality of fuel but computer reads 1 more mpg on last 2 fill ups

You could also change your spark plugs and wires. Who knows it they were done at 90,000 or not.
