Default Electrical problem

Hello everyone. I am happy Hummer H3 2006 owner over here in Spain. I bought my rig in the US. The thingis that 3 days ago turned off my truck, took the key out and closed with the key fob. The problem is that my turning lights (all 4) are on and fixed (not flashing). The only way to turn them off is removing the fuse. Anybody know why?.
Help would be very apreciated because over here nobody knows nothing about Hummers.

Im assuming youve done the easy part and looked at the adjustment **** to the left of the steering wheel, on the dash... should be at the 1st setting (noon) if its on one oclock or two especially the lights will stay on but you should get a chime from the interior...

Any other gremlins? And I always have to ask, what aftermarket accessories have you installed on it? alarm or radio?

Thanks. I have tried all positions on the adjusment ****, mainly because I have to turn off DLR lights off manually everytime a use the truck. (not allowed to have yello DRL's here in Spain ). I have no aftermarket accesories either. Two months ago driver mirror controls stopped working and still not working.

Bruce it should be fuse #39
If your looking at your fuse box, it's 7 down and three columns over from the left...

"Reduced Intensity Low-Beam
Daytime Running Lamps"

But idk if pulling this will kill the lights in general...

Tommy Boy, you NEVER said that YOU pulled your fuse... so pull your boot off and shove it in that fat mouth of yours... I am trying to be helpful, he is obviously in need of HELP... not stupid retorts... So, next time you want to respond, dont.
