EGR Bug Deflector

RE: EGR Bug Deflector
I figure if nothing else, it is preventing the white "freckled" look on my hood that I've had on every other car hood from road debris. It does still allow bugs to hit the windshield, still pretty bad but what are you going to do with a straight up and down windshield?

RE: EGR Bug Deflector
I've never had a bug deflector before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But then again, I've never had a vertical windshield. Well, I ordered the EGR bug deflector, WeatherTech ventvisors, Husky floormats, and the K&N intake. I'm almost ready for summer!
Now I need to find one of those sunshields to put inside my windshield on those hot summer days. Any suggestions?

I also have the EGR deflector. It doesn't do JACK @#$% to deflect bugs! My windshield is full of them.
It looks cool though

Well like you said, At least it looks cool. But i'll save my $69 if it doesn't work

RE: EGR Bug Deflector
It may deflect some of the bugs, but it's hard to tell since we've only had a few days warm enough for them to come out of hiding. My initial observations though have shown me it doesn't seem to do much. It will be hard to tell until we get another 80+ day and I'm on the highway, but who knows when that will happen.
I did have high hopes though...
