My 2007 H3 does it also. I think that the power rails are shifting up and down during accel and stopping. It only did it once and awhile when I first got the vehicle in December but now it does it all the time (12k miles). My dealer can't seem to replicate the sound, says it does not do it when the Service Manager drives the rig. He weighs about 180 lbs, I am at 140ish. He told me to let the problem get worse and it will be covered under the warranty. Most likely a new power seat assembly. And yes it does get to be a little anoying sometimes but the sound system seems to hide the problem quite well!

Boy, as much as I like puns, groaner jokes and plays on words, I'm not touching this with a 10 foot pole.
