Default Daystar Dash Panel

Has anyone tried out this panel? I saw it advertised on this site and figured I would try it. I got it from hummerpartsclub for about 40 bucks with shipping. If it can clear some clutter I think it will do just fine.

Haven't tried it, but thanks for posting that. Looks like exactly what I need. I really miss my console tray. Just got my h3 about a month ago.

Just a little update. I got mine today and just installed it. Not the easiest thing to maneuver in there, but when you get it in, it is pretty nice. Plenty of storage for sunglasses, change, garage door opener, etc...

The instructions say to pry open the little gap door on the panel, but they don't say how hard it is to get that little door off. I used a little fishing knife and she finally popped open then when you insert it takes a little time for the thing to sit right, but it will go.

you must remove a small dash plug (with a screw driver) and the unit clips into the area.... not drilling, tape, etc. And it actually stays very firmly in place (I was surprised) Its a quailty unit

It does mount in there pretty neatly. No rattle or anything.
