[8D]The problem with these crash test is they effect sales and hence American jobs. I have contacted national Hummer clubs on possible action we can take. I was an insurance agent and can tell you the vehicles with the 5 stars do not always get the best rates. I explained to my costumers the rate is partly driven by the number of claims a certian make has. If the vehicle has a poor rating you would expect more claims, hence the test are contrdictory. When I swaped out my 2004 Malibu for the 2008 H3 my rate only went up $10.00 due to a newer more expensive vehicle. How do you assign stars in the first place, what formula iused to determin this. In my area on the east coast we had three accidents with Hondas, there were fatalities. this car has a 5 star rating in most models. I could go on but I think you get the pic. N.H.T.S.A gave my Hummer 5 stars all around
