Cranking T-bars

Cranking T-bars
I have an 08 alpha that leans to the driver's side a lot.
Shouldn't it lean a little to the right?
The driver has a great ride while anyone who rides shotgun just has to hold on & bounce a lot. Shotgun also sits much higher. It's noticeable & annoying.
I guess I just measure from the center of the cap to the top of the wheel well & see which one needs to be adjusted?
The vehicle was bought used, so I don't know what the previous owner did to it.
I have no idea what the stock height should be; I just know 23.5" is the max.
Here's the measurements from the center of the wheel cab (center of the H):
Front Driver: 21-1/8"
Front Passenger: 21-1/2"
Rear Driver: 23-1/2"
Rear Passenger: 24"
From what I saw (could be wrong), the front should be
I don't have experience with cranking T-bars, so I wanted to run some things by you guys before I screw anything up.
Thanks guys

Sounds about right on the height. When new, the height was all over the place between 21 1/2" and 22 1/4". Even from side to side. The unevenness in the back should mostly even out as the front is leveled. If adjusting the front, 23" is a good compromise between height, control and comfort. The bump stops should just be lightly touching there. Do an alignment afterward to keep caster correct.
