Considering an H3...
#11
I have had my '06 H3 since April. I really like it. I had a '04 Jeep Liberty Renegade before. For me, the H3 fits perfectly as I am only 5'6". I have become accustomed to the rear door. It is more stable on the road than my Liberty. I gave up a couple MPGs, but it was worth it. The Liberty's 3.7L V6 was peppy, but the 3.5L I5 has a lot more torque to it. The H3 is a little more peppy now since having the PCMforless tuning done.

I bought mine in march of this year when GM was at its lowest. Incentives on new ones were ioff the hook. I gave up a 2005 ford excursion with the 6.0 diesel. i have had 4x4's
since 1977 and my H3 is by far thw best rig i have owned. Slick snow covered roads is when this vehicle really shines! only gripes: lousy acceleration with the 5cyl.

I'm not sure what there is to consider...
My Explorer rusted out like crazy, especially under the rear doors.
My Grand Cherokee Limited had an incredible "washboard" type ride that almost made people who weren't used to it, seasick. And only got 12mpg.
The H-3 is the best SUV I've ever owned...I wish you were close, I'd give you mine for the weekend, you wouldn't give it back !!!!
LOL,
Mark
