Default Cargo Cover Attachment Clip

Hi,

I've searched all over this forum, and all over the net, but can't seem to find the correct exploded diagram.

Anyone know the part number for the little clips on the interior fender near the back door (2008 H3) that the cargo cover netting attaches to? One of these buggers snapped on me when I went to hook up the cargo cove, and almost put an eye out.

These clips are round, plastic, and snap into the inner fender covers. They hold the cargo cover net at the rear door, the front of the cargo cover net hooks onto the back seat clip.s

Thanks in advance,
Phil

Had one snap off on my '08 as well. Dealer replaced it under warranty.

Default Rear cargo cover clip Hummer H3

We are having the same problem trying to get replacement clips to attach the rear cargo cover to the body of the car here in Dubai. The local dealer says he keeps ordering them, but they never get supplied. If you find any, please would you let us know? I will do likewise. Many thanks.

I had the same problem a few months ago. If you don't mind drilling into your plastic, you can make a very solid cargo retainer clip by drilling two holes through a washer of the right size and putting screws through the washer and factory clips, while retaining the center for the net. See photos:

Here's the exploded diagram for this part - item 014 in the diagram (GM # 10414612):

N1 TRIM/INTERIOR-BODY SIDE REAR; N1(06) TRIM/INTERIOR-BODY SIDE REAR;. Fits: H3 , H3T | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

However, Paladine's DIY solution is stronger & will last longer.

Two things:
1) you dug up an old thread; and,
2) you did it for no other reason than to hawk your ebay stuff.

Not only that, it was your first post.

So, let's assume you intend to be a contributing member, discussing Hummer related issues/topics, and not just a spammer, shall we...... rather than using the forum as your personal ebay hawk site. Since maybe you might helping some member to find a certain part we'll call it an oversight this time.

If you have posted this in the Private For Sale section instead, that would have been the acceptable location, and would not have dug up a fossil.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Is it me but are those clip annoying or what? I struggle to pull the cords to hook on them. Wish they made the vinyl retractable ones for the H3.
