The brake pedal on my 2006 has begun to kind of make a clicking sound sometimes when I brake fairly easy towards the top of the pedal. When it happens if I press on the brakes harder the noise/feeling goes away. It almost feels as the abs is pulsing but not quite that. This happens at very low speeds as well (15mph). It is hard to describe, but when it happens you can hear a clicking and feel it as well on the pedal.

Any ideas besides the steering intermediate shaft? I'm about to take it to the dealer

 

Wish I could provide some help, but I have zero answers for ya. I've never had issues with the brake pedal, but I do have a rough vibration when coming to hard stops or while stopping on a hill. I believe there was a TSB about this.
