Btw, I'm running 285/70/17 on this thing. Anyone know wht the stock tire size is for them? Curious of these are slightly larger than the original. And what is the ingest I can go with the torsion key adjustment? Anyone?

Thanks fireman,Widespread hummer, If its a base then the stock tires are 265x75x16s, adventures have 285x75x16s. Some are plasticdipping from a rattle can they come out looking great and if you mess up you can pull it off start over, and it doesnt hurt the finish on the wheels,I used it on my emblems and has held up to many power washes. Not sure how it would hold up for offroading. But could easly be pealed off and redone. The price is right at about $8 a can.

Many guys are running 35's with just torosion key adjust although there is some rubbing at full turn. Also if you have an I5, performance starts to suffer when you get into the 35's so that may be a consideration for you if it is your DD.

Skeeter, did you use an orbital sander or a scotch brite pad or what to prep your fenders? I already have acetone to clean them after sanding and I have used 50grit paper with my angle grinder on metal but not sure of I should on the hard plastic fenders.

I actually had someone elso do it, but I have helped him with several other bedliner projects and it really depends on what that particular bed liner needs to stick to
