Ebay to get the clear ones then use VHT night shades. It is really easy

 

VHT Nightshades were easy to use. I started with a clear lens, scuffed them with green pad to take the finish off then cleaned them with an orange based cleaner, allowed to dry, applied two coat of night shades and placed on vehicle
