Getting ready to repalce all 4 shocks on my h2. I want to go with the 5100 series but have three quick questions.

I have read that you can run 5100 both front and rear on a stock height with out any issues. Is this correct.

What is the part number for the 5100 rear shocks. I can not find any that say they are for the rear. Are you guys just buying front shocks and placing them on the rear?

Does the steering dampner really make that big of a difference or is it just a "nice to have" kind of thing?

 

I'm curious on the part numbers as well, same shocks I want to go with. I had bought a rancho steering stab but it doesn't bolt in like the stock and bilstein do, it uses clamps so I sold it. Many members have said the bilstein steering stab makes it a whole new rig. Couple that with all new shocks and I've never heard complaints. The stainless ones look really good too, I've met a members and installed LED DRL's in his rig and he had them.

 

ill update my own thread

confirmed that 5100 series does fit for front and rear on the stock ride height (for vehicles with out air suspension goes without saying but you know..) Also the 5100 series supports the use of torsion keys for raising the truck without cranking up the torsion bar.

crown performance ss lines.
ebc slotted dimpled front and rear rotors.
ebc 6000 series (greenstuff) pads front and rear.

Ill report back when everything is on and let you guys know what i think.
