If you have the OEM Hummer navigation system, then just do as I did and have your local Hummer dealer add a color back-up camera system to yourOEM navigation unit. This integratedsystemworks great (day and night) and allows fora much larger screen than what's usually foundwith mostaftermarket add-on systems. Photos of my installed systemcan be viewed in some other threads within this same section.

If you get the factory NAV, there are several aftermaket solutions for adding a backup camera, but these guys seem to make a real slick one. http://www.coastaletech.com/GMLOCKPICK.htm , then all you need to do is add the actual camera.

That coastaletech GMlockpick product is really cool. I am a recently new owner of an 07 H3 (will post some pics soon) and I hope to get this product to allow DVDs to play and also enable a back up cam. Does anyone know whether this product will work in combination with the Nucleus (sp?) Ipod integration product? Thanks to all for all of thedetailed info. This is a great forum andI plan to become acontributor. -Jeff

depends if you want to drill a hole to mount it or if you want to use a licent plate frame type camera. The pic. quality is actually very good on the licence plate frame camera, and they are cheap.
