Default Back-up camera
Does anyone have a good aftermarket back-up camera they can suggest? I would like to get one, but I don't need or want a DVD in the dash or navigation.

Same question, but I have the factory Nav unit, and I'd like to use that as the cam's screen.

Suggestions from anyone who has actually done it would be much appreciated!
