I hurt my back today, oddly enough while sneezing really hard, and am now having a hard time standing up straight, walking...basicially moving. It has been progressily getting worse thruought the day. From compensating for the pain that is located in the center bottom of the small of my back my muscles on the sides all around are starting to ache. (I have a 7 month old daughter so avoiding pain is virtually impossible What could be wrong? Is it something that will go away with rest or should I see a doctor? Are there any remedies that might help me get through the night? I've tried ice packs, heat and stretching... Thanks for your help!
