well, it might have been a better idea for me to pay someone to paint the ghia. it looked great from 10 feet away though. there weren't any runs, but something came through in the clear coat that left little spider web lookin things in the clear. after sanding it to my taste (i'm old and lazy, don't forget that), i buffed it. took off the paint on all the edges of the rain gutter around the doors. figure maybe i should have started on a smoother part.

and i remember apartment life, they got really pissed when i left about 20lbs of mud in my spot after washing my company isuzu. you're more than welcome to come over and use the buffer next time you want. not sure that the gas cost would make it worthwhile, but the offer stands. then we could head up into the eldo nat'l forest and add some more pinstripes . . . .[sm=happy046.gif]

 

I sold my house and got the apartment. I know it sounds a little bass ackwards, but I have a plan, and a better house is in the future. I just need to make a few sacrafices for now.

The offer on more pinstripes sounds inviting and tempting.
