As silly as it seems... it works. Airbags are very useful. I used to be on an aircraft crash recovery team and we used a much nicer version but nonetheless they do work. The only real downside is you should usesomething flat so that you don't puncture them.... i.e. sheet of plywood

I've seen a similar exhaust bag, it did not lift the vehicle "in seconds". Minutes, yes. Actually does work! Better than the baby jack in the back door unless you are on a hard fairly level surface.
