Anybody know Shifter Shaft Size?
I want to buy a wooden gear shifter ****, but I don't know if the threads on shifters shaft are universally the same or different for each manufacturer.If anybody knows let me know

From my experiance the're usually are a standard size, but a way to figure it out is to measure the length of the threaded area and count how many threads there are per inch also measure the diameter of the shaft. I am going to guess that it is a coarse thread meaning the thread count is low per inch. I attached this to help you get a visual. Ignore the AN size part of the chart.
