Default Any updates about the ipod cable?

I have been watching the hummer ipod connection cable (Personal Audio Link, GM part # 19202101) for a while. The hummerguy.net says it won't charge newest itouch/iphone. It also says it will release a new version which can charge any ipod/iphone. I tried to post a quesiton on the website while no response yet. I talked to my local dealer and they even never heard about it. Anybody have already installed it on your truck? How good it is? Does it charge your newest ipod/iphone? And, how much do you pay for it including installation fee? Thanks.

Default Any news on this?

Seems like this thread died off. Does anyone have any news on the iPod adapter/interface for the H3? I just bought a 2010 and was surprised there is no aux input, so I'd like to get some information on this interface.

Does anyone have it and could provide screenshot of the interface being using on the Nav radio?

Was a new one issued that can charge the latest generations of iPods?

Is the install difficult or just a plug-in module?

Any other information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Kevin

I asked my dealer about the PAL and he said that it simply wont work in '08 and older H3s.

I picked up one of those FM modules to see if they would work for the itouch so I can run through and FM station.

Works not bad, plug in and set to 1 of 4 settings on the module for a FM station.Quick fix....

It was $34.00 Can.
