Default Any one install a remote oil filter on H2?

Have been planning on installing a remote oil filter on my H2 mainly to install a larger filter.
Has anyone done this? What block adapter did you use?

I asked this same question a while back with no responses. I'm looking to relocate the filter for better access. I've only found one kit specific to the H2 but I know the block off plates are engine specific so really the options should be limitless. I just need to confirm the threads on the block....

im curious as to why you want to move it for better access? it is right there facing up, its by far the easiest GM engine filter i have came across to this point.

maybe im spoiled, i can just about sit straight up while doing my oil change without a jack or anything under it. lol

just curious,

Relocation is secondary. I just don't like the itty-bitty filter.

Well all I have owned is GM vehicles my entire life and I can definitely tell you it is NOT the easiest filter to access.

At the same time I never said it was hard, it is in an awkward spot. If the frame/skidplate isn't cutting your hand/wrist up then oil is dripping all over the place. I want to move it for simple convenience of making oil changes that much easier.

a bigger filter would be nice, you could in fact run a bigger one on it if you wanted to. just get one thats the same diameter and run a longer one. I had a longer one on mine when i changed my oil last weekend. i took it off and put the correct one back on.

maybe im missing a skidplate or something, i didnt have anything blocking my plug or access to my filter. it is a bit tight on one side but i got it off and back on in a couple of minutes.

i was just curious, both are good enough reasons to move it if possible.
