Yeah, I'm so done with these huge *** subs in the back, they're gone as soon as I can find a buyer. As for the box, don't think anyone wants it sadly.

I'm thinking the 5.3 V-8 is tuned very conservatively by GM to run on 87 octane and avoid warranty repairs on the Alpha Hummers ... and a bump in the timing via Superchips with higher octane petrol alleviates the throttle lag... and a better intake also helps tremendously. I'm heading in that direction... also a change in exhaust, electric fans and pulley swap. I used to have a TrailBlazer SS and these tricks turned it into a screamer... I'm expecting better performance on the H3T, too.

I definitely feel that there is a delay, I just bought sliders and some 305/70/16 KM2's, so next month a Cortex and either a custom or Magnaflow cat back are coming, unless I buy the roof mount lights first

EXACTLY! Gold star for you today!

Halo: I went with the Superchips for 3 reasons. 1. I can swap back to the "stock" tune for warranty purposes. 2. I can use the "stock" tune as a base line whenever I want to. 3. I can custom tune the values of the trans to suit my daily driving habits.

CORRECT! 2 gold stars for today! Way to go beit!

Titus, you don't need the Superchips Cortex unless you WANT to have the ability to tune more than 1 GM V8. If not the Superchips Flashpaq does the exact same thing but only for 1 vehicle.

I had a Cortex for my last vehicle and was very happy with the available tuning functions and the ability to clear dtc's, plus who knows maybe I'll get a G8 in the future,...thanks for the heads up though.
