Hi guys, my new (to me) 2003 Hummer H2 has been plaguing me with alarm problems. At first the rear door/gate was showing incorrectly that it was open, and setting off the alarm. So I took it to the dealer, and many hundreds of dollars later they replaced the switches and now that doesn't happen any more. BUT the alarm still goes off in the middle of the night (it just doesn't seem to be caused by the back door any more).

First thing is that next time it happens I'm going to count the number of LED blinks to see what zone is causing the problem (anybody have a list of what number of blinks matches to what zone)..?

but also, is there a way to just turn the darn alarm off altogether? I don't have enough money to take it BACK to the dealer for him to futz around with it.

Any other thoughts? Thanks!

Oh and where is the alarm hardware hiding in the vehicle anyway? Is there a fuse that works specifically with the alarm that I can remove? Thanks!
