Hate to say it but my Monsoon head unit is on it's last leg, the screen is very dim and impossible to see during the day. I have been looking at new head units but want to know what all you guys have. What I'm looking for is a double din touchscreen unit with Android Auto as well as Bluetooth and would like to stick with a big name (not some Chinese brand). I'm seeing a lot of new units incorporate features like climate control and OBD-ii data, but I don't want to pay for features that aren't compatible with my '06. Also while I'm on the topic, what harness is best for use with the monsoon system?

I know this topic has been covered on here before but I couldn't find any recent posts with 2018 models.

 

You'd probably be best off looking at crutchfield.com. You enter in your cars info and they'll tell you exactly what's compatible and required and even have the option to have them prewire it for like $20 bucks.
As I've owned both Pioneer and Kenwood over the years, my personal preference are the Kenwood units. I put a kenwood in both my h3 and h2. My main uses are Bluetooth and dvd
