Default Adding chrome

I'm looking to add chrome to my hummer. Has anyone used the Putco chrome door handle covers and mirror covers?

I think there great if your on a budget... I have the handle bar and Mirror covers and have had no problems as of yet. Its held together by 3M tape so its a easy install. If I can get a chance to post photos I will.

We have the Putco mirror covers; very easy to install and they look nice. For the chrome door handles, I found GM OEM chrome handles on eBay for $80. They involve removing the black handles, not just covering them. We also have the chrome fuel door, which the dealer threw in when we got the H3.

If you want the stainless steel taillight covers, they match real well with the chrome, let me know. I have them listed in the For Sale thread.

Our old 06 had the GM stick ons. They worked fine, never had any problems out of them and they looked great. Until you looked closely and you could see that they were covers. That's fine, I'm just to much of a perfectionist. I bugged me, after I saw it the firsttime I couldn't look in the mirror without looking at the lip of the cover.
