Adding Back Up Camera to Factory NAV
#4
I've been trying to do this for a while now. PAC is coming out with a module that will allow you to disconnect the ribbon cable from the radio and install a module with inputs for a camera. They should be finished soon accoring to the tec support. I would periodically check back with them. Their site is www.pac-audio.com

I think their module actually works with the 06 navigation. Mine is a 07 and the radio is a bit different in the back so it doesnt' work. Give them a call, I think you should be good with their module. If i remember correctly it's around $280.

I don't think PAC has this adapter yet. I am very interested in how some people have said they successfully added a backup cam to their factory navigation.
I don't want an aftermarket stereo. I know this has been the suggestion by many. I would like to retain the factory navi.
For the H3 owners that have integrated a backup cam in factory navi, how did you do it?????
