Accessories Question

I was looking for some H3 accessories and found www.adventureaccessories.com.
Does anyone know the difference between the following:
H3 Vent Visors #17801087 ($122.50) & Auto Ventshade H3 Ventvisor Kit #VEN94501 ($59.95)?
They use the same photo on the website.

One is the official Gm product (17801087 ) and the other is an after market product, probably just as good. It's possible one is a stick on, while the other is an "in channel" as well, but it does not say.
